Are you sure we're not in Kansas anymore?

The weather has been crazy here lately! Last Sunday evening, we had the largest snow storm that Charlotte has seen in 6 years! Granted, it consisted of about 4 inches of snow, but that is rare here, especially in March. The flakes were huge - Cass had a good time watching the snow fall.

The picture below shows the view from our backyard that we woke up to Monday morning.

And here's our little guy holding a snowball that Daddy made. He doesn't know what to do with it.

Fortunately, by now the snow is gone and it's supposed to be around 80 degrees this weekend, so we're hoping spring is officially here to stay!

Snow!!

It snowed last Monday - we rarely get snow here in North Carolina, so it was Cass's first time seeing the snow. He wasn't very impressed with it and it was soooo cold, so we weren't outside for long.

I think this is cute . . . it is Daddy's big shoeprints and Cass's little shoeprints in the snow on the driveway.
