Frosty

We got MORE snow Friday night! We knew it wouldn't last long, so Chris hurried outside Saturday morning and made a snowman family. Unfortunately, the snow melted quickly so by the time we got outside in the afternoon to take pictures, one was headless and the others looked kind of pathetic. But, we took pictures anyway. In case you can't tell, in the picture above, from left to right is Cass, Chris (minus his head), me, and Celena. And a grumpy "real" Cass standing in front not wanting his picture taken.

We don't normally dress Cass this way, but he wanted to wear his pajamas to take his nap, and once he got up I panicked when I saw the snow melting so quickly, so we stuck him in his boots and threw on his coat and ran outside.

Cass cheered up enough to take a picture kissing the snowman version of himself. Brrr!!!!

I have been really busy with work lately and have fallen behind on posting to the blog. We have been getting quite a bit of snow recently - usually it only snows here once a year, but we've had a few bouts of snow this winter.

Here is a picture from last year - we remember Cass being kind of stunned by the snow. He just held that little snowball and stood completely still, not really understanding what is going on.


And, here he is a year later . . . he figured out what to do with those snowballs!! (And yes, it's the same coat - we bought it big last year so it still fits this year! Yay!!)
